Orders & pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. We may correct pricing or availability errors and will inform you if an order is affected. An order is confirmed once payment is received (or accepted for cash on delivery where offered).

Delivery

Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location. You can track your order on the Track Order page.

Cancellations, returns & refunds

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order or report a damaged or incorrect item. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. Perishable items and opened packs may not be returnable.

Vending machines

Machine orders may require installation scheduling and are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Accounts & acceptable use

Keep your login details confidential. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
